Surov\u00fd palmov\u00fd olej je \u0161iroce vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed va\u0159en\u00ed v jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asii, Africe a n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblatech Braz\u00edlie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">V Evrop\u011b a ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech je palmov\u00fd olej v\u011bt\u0161inou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n ve sv\u00e9 rafinovan\u00e9 form\u011b. Olej m\u00e1 neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u016fni a na\u017eloutlou barvu, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed cennou surovinu pro \u0159adu produkt\u016f, jim\u017e dod\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u017eadovanou texturu a chu\u0165. Rafinovan\u00fd palmov\u00fd olej je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n jako cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e1 surovina v \u0159ad\u011b potravin jako jsou margar\u00edny, cukrovinky, \u010dokol\u00e1da, zmrzliny a pe\u010div\u00e1rensk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. Je rovn\u011b\u017e \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n v nepotravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, jako jsou m\u00fddla, sv\u00ed\u010dky a kosmetika.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8220;3.20.2&#8243;][et_pb_column type=&#8220;3_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8220;3.20.2&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8220;3.20.2&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><span><b>VLIV NA ZDRAV\u00cd<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Palmov\u00fd olej m\u00e1 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed mastn\u00fdch kyselin: obsahuje 50 % nasycen\u00fdch a 50 % nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi tuky a oleji jde o pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd obsah nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span>V\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e1 na v\u011bdeck\u00e9m z\u00e1klad\u011b rad\u00ed zam\u011b\u0148ovat nasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny ve strav\u011b za nenasycen\u00e9, to plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny oleje a tuky s ohledem na jejich slo\u017een\u00ed. Ne v\u017edy lze tuto z\u00e1m\u011bnu prov\u00e9st vzhledem k funk\u010dn\u00edm vlastnostem, kter\u00e9 se uplat\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b potravin a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b pokrm\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Z hlediska v\u00fd\u017eivy neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 n\u00e1znaky, \u017ee by konzumace palmov\u00e9ho oleje v r\u00e1mci vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 stravy souvisela s jak\u00fdmkoli konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem. Vztah mezi \u017eivinami a zdrav\u00edm je nutno posuzovat v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 stravy a nikoliv z hlediska jednotliv\u00fdch potravin.<\/p>\n<p>Palmov\u00fd olej se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00a0potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch v\u00a0kombinaci s\u00a0jin\u00fdmi tuky a\u00a0oleji, kter\u00e9 spolu jako celek p\u0159edur\u010duj\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed mastn\u00fdch kyselin v\u00a0produktu a\u00a0t\u00edm i\u00a0\u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 Evropy nejsou k\u00a0dispozici dostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fadaje o\u00a0spot\u0159eb\u011b palmov\u00e9ho oleje.
