Informace vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z \u00favahy, \u017ee je palmov\u00fd olej p\u0159\u00edtomen ve velk\u00e9m po\u010dtu v\u00fdrobk\u016f nab\u00edzen\u00fdch v obchodn\u00ed s\u00edti, co\u017e by m\u011blo v\u00e9st k jeho vysok\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b. V \u010dasopise International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition byl 1. prosince 2020 publikov\u00e1n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1080\/09637486.2020.1852536?journalCode=iijf20\">\u010dl\u00e1nek<\/a>, kter\u00fd analyzoval p\u0159\u00edjem palmov\u00e9ho oleje v N\u011bmecku a \u0160pan\u011blsku v r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bkov\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch. Pr\u016fzkum vych\u00e1zel z anal\u00fdzy kategori\u00ed potravin na trhu, v nich\u017e se palmov\u00fd olej vyskytuje, a spot\u0159eby jednotliv\u00fdch druh\u016f potravin. Ve \u0160pan\u011blsku se odhady pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu palmov\u00e9ho oleje pohybovaly v rozmez\u00ed od 2,06 g\/den (u star\u0161\u00edch osob) do 4,54 g\/den (u d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch). V N\u011bmecku se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem palmov\u00e9ho oleje pohyboval v intervalu od 3,06 g\/den (u batolat) do 6,22 g\/den (u osob velmi vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku &#8211; nad 75 let). Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b existuj\u00ed i jedinci v 95. percentilu v r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bkov\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch s p\u0159\u00edjmy vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi, okolo 20 g (\u0160pan\u011blsko) denn\u011b a 30 g (N\u011bmecko). Tato data dob\u0159e koresponduj\u00ed s d\u0159\u00edve uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00fdm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udrzitelnypalmovyolej.cz\/?page_id=23\">pr\u016fzkumem ve Francii<\/a>.  Z \u00fadaj\u016f o pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee palmov\u00fd olej rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed hlavn\u00edm zdrojem nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin v r\u00e1mci celkov\u00e9 stravy, mnohem v\u00edce jich p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me z \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem palmov\u00e9ho oleje v Evrop\u011b je v rozmez\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140-6736(18)31788-4\/fulltext\">doporu\u010den\u00ed komise EAT-Lancet<\/a> publikovan\u00fdch v lednu 2019. Komise vydala doporu\u010den\u00ed pro jednotliv\u00e9 kategorie potravin, kde by se m\u011bla pohybovat jejich spot\u0159eba v roce 2050, aby byla strava p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00ed a \u0161etrn\u00e1 k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Spot\u0159eba palmov\u00e9ho oleje po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s hodnotou do 6,8 g\/den.
