Z p\u0159ehledov\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/26393565\/\">studi\u00ed<\/a> nevypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee by konzumace palmov\u00e9ho oleje m\u011bla m\u00edt jednozna\u010dn\u011b negativn\u00ed dopady na zdrav\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d se objevuj\u00ed tyto dva protich\u016fdn\u00e9 n\u00e1zory?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b konzumace nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin p\u016fsob\u00ed negativn\u011b na zdrav\u00ed, na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b nevad\u00ed. Odpov\u011b\u010f d\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed graf. Transmastn\u00e9 a nasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny \u00famrtnost p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed konzumaci zvy\u0161uj\u00ed, mononenasycen\u00e9 a polynenasycen\u00e9 naopak sni\u017euj\u00ed. V palmov\u00e9m oleji <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.co.in\/books?id=OpggG_hDaXsC&amp;printsec=frontcover&amp;hl=cs&amp;source=gbs_ge_summary_r&amp;cad=0#v=onepage&amp;q&amp;f=false\">jsou dominantn\u011b zastoupeny<\/a> nasycen\u00e1 kyselina palmitov\u00e1 (39,3-47,5 %) a mononenasycen\u00e1 kyselina olejov\u00e1 (36,0-44,0 %). Pod\u00edv\u00e1me-li se na v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fd graf z pohledu slo\u017een\u00ed palmov\u00e9ho oleje, tak se p\u016fsoben\u00ed nasycen\u00fdch a mononenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin vz\u00e1jemn\u011b vyru\u0161\u00ed a celkov\u00fd efekt konzumace palmov\u00e9ho oleje na zdrav\u00ed je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palmov\u00fd olej v potravin\u00e1ch nahradil \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ztu\u017een\u00e9 tuky, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly vysok\u00fd pod\u00edl ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch transmastn\u00fdch kyselin. Tato n\u00e1hrada i z pohledu v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho grafu m\u00e1 jednozna\u010dn\u011b pozitivn\u00ed vliv na zdrav\u00ed. Do stravy je t\u0159eba za\u0159azovat dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed polynenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin na \u00fakor tuk\u016f s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm pod\u00edlem nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin. To se t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u0161ech tropick\u00fdch tuk\u016f, stejn\u011b jako s\u00e1dla nebo ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho tuku. Konzumace palmov\u00e9ho oleje v Evrop\u011b nav\u00edc <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udrzitelnypalmovyolej.cz\/?p=790\">nen\u00ed vysok\u00e1<\/a>, jak ukazuj\u00ed v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu.
